After Structure technology and advance heat treatment process ,​with ensures maximum strength and abrasion resistance to the track links (6mm/HRC55-60)  

As material of Track Bush, Chromium-Molybdenum Steel or Low-Alloy Boron Steel is adopted, and moreover ,as method of surface hardening by heat treatment,Carburizing or induction Hardening is carried out respectively to secure wear resistance & durability corresponding to its use and load.

It is made of Carbon-Boron Steel and given wearing resistance & impact resistance by an induction hardening process which is established on the basis of our accumulated data for years.

Processing accuracy to each & every Link and our accurate assembly of the Link Chain with the use of dedicated assembly jig for assuring the required pitch distance & position of shoe bolts.
Less meandering of Link Chain Counterbore depth of Link, length of Bush, thickness of seal, thickness of thrust ring etc. set in each proper dimensional tolerance prevent sediment from penetrating as well as  avoiding Link Chain Assembly from meandering.
